Our Security Policy

The Maldon Gallery is very conscious of on line security.Your confidence in our site is of great importance to us. All payments are processed by our business bank Westpac.

Should you prefer, you may email us your order and we will telephone you to verify the order and obtain you credit card details. For your security, please DO NOT send your credit card details via email.

Delivery

We make every attemlpt to post within 24 hours of payment being received. Public Holidays and weekends are an exception.

We use Australia Post and although we have the utmost confidence in this organization, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post.

The delivery times are between 3 to 10 days depending on where the goods are being dispatched to.

We recommend that you use Registered mail with the extra cost of $2.80 as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items caused by Australia Post.

International customers

Please contact us before making any purchases to confirm postage costs.

Delivery times range from 10-15days. We do not send by sea mail, only Air mail

Postage and handling charges

Postage on your order is calculated at time of checkout. The amount of postage added to your order is calculated at standard Australia Post rates for delivery to your postcode.

Australia Post will deliver to your shipping address shown on your order confirmation. If you choose to register your parcel you will be required to sign for the receipt of same.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express with secure payment, also payment by Cheque, Money Order or Direct Deposit (within Australia)

For Direct Deposit please send an email to us via the 'Contact Us' button on the top of the tool bar of the Home Page for Bank details. When funds have been deposited,please contact us with the details.

Payment by cheque (Australia only), Goods will be dispatched as soon as the funds are cleared. Please make cheques to Maldon Gallery, and send the cheque to Maldon Gallery, 22-24 Main Street, Maldon Victoria, 3463

Return Policy

We take great pride in ensuring our customers satisfaction by offering high quality products. In the event of your dissatisfaction, we will make every attempt to resolve the issues on a timely basis. Please email us of the issues within 10 days of the invoice date. Refunds for faulty items will be made less the postage charges. The refund is reimbursed in the manner in which original payment was received.
